Job Summary

Bruker is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in France. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support to employees in two business groups, CALID and BNANO.

Key responsibilities include consulting employees on employment law, taking on HR assignments and projects, and supporting business implementation of the company strategy. You will also focus on front-end activities that deliver direct added value to the business from an HR perspective.

Requirements include a BAC+5 degree in management, HR, or labour law, fluency in English and French, and proven knowledge of employment labour law. Data analytics, business acumen, change management, communication, and project management skills are also essential.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of our HR team, working closely with site management and global HR to ensure alignment with company standards and practices.
