Position:
Production Technician

Work Location:
Vatry, located 18km from Châlons en Champagne.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Engage in various phases of the module production process
- *Prepare tasks (cleaning, setting up reservations, lubrication), reinforcement, casting (concreting, insulating walls, and installing connectors) and thermal insulation (placing insulation and vapor barriers) to create structured concrete components (slabs and walls)
- *Contribute to the assembly of modules

Compensation Package:

  • Base gross salary, calculated on a 169-hour month: €2171
  • Meal allowance for meals consumed at the workplace or on-site: €7 per working day
  • Travel reimbursement
  • Quality Bonus: up to €100 gross monthly, based on performance metrics
  • Objectives Bonus: up to €150 gross monthly, contingent on performance targets
