About the Position
The Account Payable Manager is a key role within our financial team, responsible for the financial and administrative aspects of the company. They will oversee making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills, and recording the company's short-term debts.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of transactions, including invoices, credit notes, and expenses
- Management of partner and riders accounts, including statement reconciliations
- Providing quality customer service
- Scoping and improving AP processes
- Creating efficiencies within the AP processes
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience within an AP function
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and organizational skills
