Job Title : Business Coordinator H/F
Job Description
The Business Coordinator is responsible for developing the business and client network in various areas, including the Oil & Gas industry within Bourbon's playground, commercial harbors, and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
Main Activities
For Contractors:
• Electro-hydraulic equipment maintenance engineering
• Electro-hydraulic equipment planned maintenance periods preparation and follow-up
For Oil Companies:
• Lifting equipment survey / wire rope integrity control
• Engineering and supervision of electro-hydraulic equipment refit
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Offers/contracts ratio
• % of TO growth
• Increase of contacts in CRM
• Follow-up of client satisfaction
• Steady increase of social network followers
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
• Technical skills in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical
• Management experience, including budget processes and knowledge in finance
• Commercial skills, including ability to set up and maintain a network of clients, suppliers, and makers
• Ability to open new markets and identify opportunities
• Negotiation competencies and target-minded approach
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of MS Project
