**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Engineer to join our team at Uptoo. As a key member of our industrial sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the northern region of France.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, MROs, and distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise in mechanical engineering and industry knowledge
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales or business development role, preferably in the industrial sector
- Strong understanding of the industrial market and key players in the northern region of France
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) and ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment
