Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Agent. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Be the face of Sonder, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
- Guide guests through our technology-rich experience, ensuring they have everything they need to make the most of their stay
- Utilize our digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and provide immediate support from the Front Desk
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
- Assist building leadership with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Support the back-of-house/Hospitality Agent team as needed, including housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues
- Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces
- Personable, guest-centric, and positive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
- Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications
- Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time
