Establish a Cybersecurity Presence in Europe

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder to spearhead the development of innovative cybersecurity solutions within our startup studio. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and experts in product, tech, and marketing/growth to drive technological advancements in the European market.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technical leader with a strong background in software development and architecture, as well as experience in leading high-performing technical teams. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Development and Strategy: Define and execute the startup's technological strategy aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity requirements, lead the development of innovative cybersecurity solutions, implement the first Minimum Awesome Application, manage the technology roadmap in collaboration with your co-founder CEO, and ensure security-by-design principles are embedded in all technological decisions.
  • Technical Leadership and Team Management: Build and lead high-performing technical teams, implement best practices in software engineering and security, foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, recruit, mentor, and develop technical talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure robust security practices in all technical operations, establish and maintain technical partnerships, oversee technical documentation and knowledge management, guide technical decisions for scalability and maintainability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or leading technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • A track record of delivering complex technical projects.
  • A commitment to be present regularly in our Lyon or Paris premises.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
