About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SER Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new customers and supporting their digital transformation by providing them with our range of services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with our Solution Consultants, Marketing and Professional Services team to build long-term and sustainable customer relationships.
  • You will communicate our range of services and develop individually tailored solutions together with our customers.
  • You will represent the SER brand and inspire people to rely on our products and solutions to meet their business goals.
  • You will distinguish yourself through consultative selling and intensive listening to your customers.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Management or a comparable education. You should have several years and a successful track record in selling SaaS Solutions, experience in consulting with C-Level customers in complex cloud-based solutions, and experience dealing with large enterprise SaaS projects.
