Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader for the role of Senior Vice President of Global Sales. This position is crucial for spearheading the global expansion of our Intelligent Spaces Group, focusing on our edge-to-cloud portfolio tailored for diverse customer segments, including Global Enterprises, Key Accounts, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The portfolio encompasses both hardware and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful sales strategies aimed at fostering growth across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, with the goal of enhancing our brand visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • OEM Leadership: Direct a global sales team and formulate strategies centered on edge-to-cloud solutions for HVAC/R and digital environments. Build and maintain professional relationships with key executives within the OEM sector. Facilitate negotiations and finalize agreements with major OEM partners.
  • Business Development: Drive initiatives for acquiring new business and managing enterprise sales efforts across critical vertical markets.
  • Key Account Oversight: Supervise the account management team for key customers, ensuring robust relationships and maximizing business opportunities. Establish trusted advisor status with key stakeholders and executive sponsors within major accounts.
