Boutique Manager Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the economic and qualitative performance of your boutique, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and French (or Mandarin) is an added value.
