**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a client portfolio in collaboration with Account Managers
* Support customers on a daily basis in the use of the product
* Analyze and prioritize customer needs
* Assist with implementation and best practices
* Ensure customer loyalty to increase account revenue through upselling

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in data/information management field
* Ability to analyze the Data Governance market and highlight the added value of DataGalaxy
* Statistical measurement and analysis techniques
* Functional knowledge of data governance and change management
* Fluent in English
