Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

At DataGalaxy, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and ongoing success
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs, address issues, and maximize the value derived from DataGalaxy
* Identify customer needs and provide advice to ensure they get the most out of our platform
* Collaborate with the Product team to gather customer feedback and requests

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in data/information management field
* Ability to analyze the Data Governance market and highlight the added value of DataGalaxy
* Statistical measurement and analysis techniques
* Functional knowledge of data governance and change management
* Fluent in English
