Customer Success Manager

DataGalaxy is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value derived from our platform.

Your mission will be to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, working closely with Account Managers to understand their needs and provide proactive support.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators, analyzing and tracking changes to ensure retention and account growth.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to gather customer feedback and requests, driving product development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in data/information management.
  • Ability to analyze the Data Governance market and highlight the added value of DataGalaxy.
  • Statistical measurement and analysis techniques.
