SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a highly skilled Crane Supervisor to join our team in Angola. As a key member of our offshore operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cranes on the PALANCA Block 3 site.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate crane operations to ensure smooth production and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and train crane operators to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of crane equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of crane operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize crane maintenance and reduce downtime.
- 10+ years of experience in crane maintenance and operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of crane equipment, including hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
- Experience with SAP R3 and other maintenance management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
