Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary Assistant to join our team at the Croix-Rouge française. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

• Provide administrative support to our medical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of medical records, including updating patient information and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-20 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Permit B required.
• Fluency in English is essential.
