Role Overview
The position involves providing essential nursing services to young individuals within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily nursing assistance under the guidance of the deputy director,
- Engage in a collaborative multidisciplinary team including educators, social workers, and coordinators to support individualized care plans,
- Adhere to established protocols while ensuring comprehensive monitoring and medical oversight of the youth,
- Serve as a point of contact for external healthcare providers and families,
- Accompany young individuals to medical appointments and facilitate group activities centered on health education,
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a nursing qualification, preferably with experience in the disability sector or specialized public support. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical thinking are essential attributes.
