We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PMO consultant with a focus on managing IT initiatives to support our clients effectively.
Position Overview:
This role requires a strong presence and expertise in project management within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Grasping the dynamics of people, processes, and tools to develop business intelligence and ascertain client needs.
· Performing thorough research and root cause analysis to identify problems and propose viable solutions.
· Crafting comprehensive business cases to offer consulting insights, proposals, and strategies to address client challenges.
· Engaging with key stakeholders to foster relationships and collaboratively drive successful outcomes.
· Gathering and analyzing data to ensure clients are equipped with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
· Delivering essential project management support through the planning, organization, and execution of significant initiatives.
· Gaining proficiency in critical applications and technologies to enhance client efficiency and productivity.
· Developing and maintaining project reporting mechanisms.
· Identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
· Implementing change management best practices to facilitate project execution.
· Ensuring effective communication across various channels.
· Acquiring knowledge and subsequently training users on key applications and technologies to promote operational excellence.
WHO ARE YOU?
You possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering, along with 5-6 years of experience in Project Management, overseeing IT Infrastructure or application projects from inception to completion. PMP certification is preferred.
