Professional Marketing Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care
Job DescriptionThe Professional Marketing Manager for Sleep and Respiratory Care will be the key point of contact for the category, engaging with priority KOLs and Home Care Provider Category managers. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical insights and practical input for Sales and Marketing.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Category Leader and work closely with Commercial Category Managers and Modality Sales Specialists. They will be responsible for creating the clinical and marketing agenda for EMEA SRC, leveraging the knowledge of the organization and various experts.
This role can be based in Amsterdam, Suresnes - Verdi, Warsaw, Bilbao or UK (based from home). Please apply in English.
Key ResponsibilitiesCategory: Patient Interface (mask) & Software
Geography: EMEA
Engage KOLs and Home Care Professional Category managers
- Implement and enrich engagement strategy with professional and clinical societies, organizations representing patients and category leaders at Home Care Providers.
- Understand local Mktg. needs (congresses, studies, etc.) and share best practices.
- Provides requirements for assets that enable lobbying and engagement.
- Owns and prioritizes EMEA KOL/clinical relationship and engagement.
Inform clinical strategy and provide insights
- Supports Commercial Category Managers (CCM) by driving insights to better understand segmentation and key requirements of value space from clinical and professional marketing perspective.
- Manages clinical insights and claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing, and sales support activities.
Local Marketing Planning
- Engage and collaborate with the Commercial Category Managers (CCM) and Marketing Operations on the portfolio and marketing plans and ensure alignment with market marketing priorities and consistency across clusters.
- Implements and enriches the engagement strategy.
- Understands and orchestrates prioritization of local marketing needs such as events, studies, congresses to execute the business strategy.
- Works with key account managers to drive top- and bottom-line and market share delivery as per plan.
Education Management
- Set up education program for internal and external stakeholders together with the MSS'es.
- Drives professional recommendation of the brand (MOR) by developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Leads selection and organization of participation in events to engage with the professional target audience.
- Contributes to Business innovation & New Business Development projects ensuring local market portfolio/innovation and business model needs are met.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- 5 years experience working with Home Care Providers and/or Respiratory / sleep clinicians
- Relevant industry network in Sleep and Respiratory Care
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Curiosity and desire to raise the bar
- Strong solution orientation and can-do mentality
- Clinical and academic interest and capabilities
- Experience in working in international context and complex matrix organizations
