About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Marketing Manager to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Commercial Category team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes in the Sleep and Respiratory Care market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and home care provider category managers in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with Commercial Category Managers and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment with market marketing priorities and consistency across clusters.
- Manage clinical insights and claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing, and sales support activities.
- Engage with key account managers to drive top- and bottom-line delivery as per plan.
- Develop and execute education programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to business innovation and new business development projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with home care providers and/or respiratory/sleep clinicians.
- Relevant industry network in Sleep and Respiratory Care.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Curiosity and desire to raise the bar.
- Strong solution orientation and can-do mentality.
- Clinical and academic interest and capabilities.
- Experience in working in an international context and complex matrix organizations.
