Ce poste est basé à Tours (37) et consiste à accompagner l'équipe dans la gestion des contrats.
Initialisation du Contrat- Proposer des solutions de montage contractuelles et des documents associés.
- Participer à la préparation d'une offre commerciale et à sa négociation.
- Assister le chef de projet dans l'analyse contractuelle du cahier des charges.
- Contrôler la cohérence de l'ensemble de la liasse contractuelle, entre le contrat et le projet, veiller à son équilibre économique.
- Identifier les risques du projet et proposer des mécanismes contractuels permettant d'en assurer la meilleure maîtrise possible.
- Participer à la rédaction et à la négociation du contrat final assorti de ses documents annexes.
- Vulgariser et rendre accessible à tous l'ensemble des éléments engageants.
- Participer à la gestion du projet dans son volet contractuel (aussi bien dans la relation avec le client, les partenaires, que dans la relation avec les sous-traitants) et dans les besoins d'interprétation des clauses du contrat.
- Assurer la contractualisation des engagements (contrat, avenants et appels d'offres, contrats avec les prestataires, archivage et suivi de la vie des contrats).
- Gérer et suivre l'administration contractuelle en support du projet (jalons, livrables, réceptions, paiements,...) et traiter les écarts contractuels (notifications, correspondances, analyses, variations).
- Alerter le chef de projet en cas de risques de non-conformité des prestations aux exigences contractuelles, de dérives en matière de profitabilité (surcoûts non contractualisés liés à divers événements : demandes supplémentaires client, risques sous-traitants, risques planning, impacts risques externes, etc.).
- Prendre en charge au plan contractuel les événements impactant le projet : non-respect des obligations contractuelles ; réclamation commerciale ; nouvelles exigences réglementaires...
- Préparer les éléments documentaires pour soutenir une réclamation, un précontentieux, voire un contentieux.
- Participer, le cas échéant, aux réunions internes ou externes le nécessitant, soit en préparation de négociations ou de l'établissement d'avenants au contrat en cours.
- Anticiper puis mettre en œuvre la procédure de clôture/renouvellement.
- Soutenir contractuellement dans les limites prévues au contrat l'activité après-vente du projet (garanties, support).
- Participer à la préparation des documents prévus contractuellement pour la clôture du projet.
- Assurer l'archivage des documents contractuels du projet.
- Participer aux activités de retour d'expérience (lorsque pratiquées dans l'entreprise).
Vos atouts pour réussir :
- Vous parlez anglais couramment.
- Vous avez de solides connaissances juridiques en droit des contrats.
- Maîtrise de connaissances financières.
- Maîtrise de méthodes et pratiques propres à favoriser la gestion du contrat.
- Vous avez une connaissance dans le secteur du nucléaire.
Votre profil & personnalité :
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 (Master ou cycle d'Ingénieur) en gestion de projet. Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire. Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous disposez de fortes compétences techniques. Vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
Vous avez une appétence forte pour les projets complexes et la résolution de problématiques. On reconnait votre curiosité et votre culture technique dans le milieu professionnel mais aussi dans le milieu personnel. Vous avez une remise en cause facile et cherchez constamment à vous améliorer.
Vous entreprenez, portez des projets, des engagements. Vous challenger vos méthodes et vos idées pour vous dépasser et atteindre un haut niveau d'excellence. Dans ce contexte, vos moteurs peuvent être techniques, financiers ou humains, vous serez valorisé sur votre performance et/ou celle de votre équipe.
