We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager in alternance to strengthen our Marketing Cloud Experience team.

Your Missions
  • As part of the implementation of a European marketplace (project DOME), you will be the intermediary between the project coordinators and OUTSCALE on marketing and business aspects.
  • Pilotage project
    • Ensure the role of the main contact on marketing and business subjects
    • Participate and represent OUTSCALE in weekly consortium meetings
    • Participate in weekly project follow-up workshops
    • Identify tasks and actions to synchronize with the project team
    • Write and share meeting and workshop reports
    • Facilitate communication and information transmission between the project and OUTSCALE
    • Remit information to the teams in a fluid manner (project team and various stakeholders)
  • Actions Marketing and communication
    • Contribute to the promotion of the project
    • Coordinate and manage the project newsletter
    • Develop presentation supports and promotional videos
    • Maintain and develop solid relationships with project partners
    • Propose new communication devices to amplify the project's visibility
    • Be a driving force on communication actions
Technical Stack

Your Profile
  • Currently studying for a Bac+3/4 degree in a Business or Computer Science school
  • Looking for an apprenticeship contract
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (European project requirement)
  • Strong relational skills, naturally rigorous and autonomous
  • First professional experience (stages, alternance...) on a similar position required
