About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at French Selection UK. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing a network of distributors in the Northern region of France, from Paris IDF to Lille including Brittany.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network of distributors in the Northern region of France
  • Manage existing Sales Partner base with line manager in France
  • Cold calling potential new sales partners and setting up meetings
  • Support the onboarding of new sales partners
  • Hold face to face product and system demos where needed
  • Work closely with other Sales Partners team to achieve goals
  • Identify needs and strategy and provide adequate brochures and merchandise
  • Support Sales Partners to increase their new customer acquisitions
  • Deal with distributors customers' installations
  • Liaise with management both in France and the UK weekly
  • Ensure excellent customer service and Sales Partner support is maintained

About You

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong desire to succeed in an independent field sales role
  • Track record of successful sales in a B2B environment with travel
  • Demonstrate the confidence, persistence & curiosity required for sales development
  • Organised and capable of prioritising and managing their time effectively
  • EU Driving licence holder

What We Offer

  • Salary: 27000€ to 30000€ + commission (total salary up to 45000€)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: Remote
