About the Job:
CASA JOB Romorantin is seeking a Sales Consultant for Mechanical Tools (H/F) for its client, a specialist in DIY. The role involves advising clients and selling mechanical tools in-store. Your missions:
- Welcoming, informing, and advising clients on mechanical tools.
- Identifying client needs and proposing adapted solutions.
- Ensuring in-store display, storage, and labeling of products.
- Managing stocks and performing reordering.
- Contributing to sales objectives.
- Performing product demonstrations and in-store testing when necessary.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Sales Consultant for Mechanical Tools role has significant experience in sales, preferably in mechanical tools. Equipped with solid technical knowledge, they advise and guide clients in a personalized manner. Customer service is essential: they must be relational, attentive, and establish a trusting relationship. Working in a team is no problem, and they know how to take the initiative to achieve sales objectives. Good presentation and communication skills are essential.
