About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Intern to join our team at Onepilot. As a Sales and Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales-driven outbound calls missions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new clients, including running test calls to validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and building associated academies, knowledge bases, and pricing proposals.
- Client Management: Participate in weekly meetings to share feedback, best practices, and actions to increase performance while reaching key success factors.
- Agent Management: Manage the staffing, recruitment needs, quality, and productivity of the batch, including training, first shifts shadowing sessions, quality reviews, and variable bonus management.
- Profitable P&L: Be responsible for the overall P&L of this new revenue stream.
- You're curious and eager to learn.
- You're a team player and able to solve problems quickly.
- You speak French and English.
- A first experience in Sales is appreciated but not mandatory; a motivated person looking for their first sales opportunity can apply.
Recruitment Process:
