Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced European Sales Manager to lead the sales growth of our Scientific Instruments business in the European region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the European market.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Provide technical sales support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, physics, or material sciences.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the scientific instruments industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrochemistry and analytical chemistry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and German/French languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in key account management and sales leadership.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales metrics.
- Background in electrochemistry or analytical chemistry laboratories.
