Job Title: Business Marketing Manager

At Symrise, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Business Marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotional Activities:
    • Develop compelling marketing campaigns that highlight the unique selling points of our products, translating product technology into customer benefits.
    • Collaborate with external graphic designers to ensure consistency with our branding guidelines.
    • Design innovative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities.
    • Work closely with Business Unit Heads, Category Managers, and Product Managers to align content development with the communication media plan.
  • Marketing Activities:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, identify unmet customer needs, and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Coordinate and continuously update the category/product competition analysis at the Business Unit level, sharing insights with Global Strategic Marketing to create a unified competition view.
Requirements:
  • A high-level degree with several years of experience in the beauty industry, focusing on brand and marketing management.
  • Fluent English, both written and oral, is essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at translating technical information into engaging content using storytelling techniques.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing innovative marketing campaigns for diverse global audiences, and a keen interest in trends and new ingredients, especially Actives.
  • A strategic thinker with a commitment to problem-solving and driving projects forward.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in multicultural environments.
  • Passion for beauty, exceptional business acumen, and a proactive, organized, and adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies, marketing tools, MS Office, and Adobe Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
