We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Chargé Marketing/Commercial in an alternating position. This role is perfect for students in their final year of studies (Bac+3) looking to transition into a career in commerce and marketing.

Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to incoming calls from clients and prospects to provide timely and accurate information.
- Call Handling: Manage and follow up on calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Statistics: Update and track reports on various actions taken, including sales statistics.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain client files, update databases, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- CRM Administration: Manage and maintain our customer relationship management system.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services.
- Additional Tasks: Perform various tasks as required, including scheduling meetings and updating the team's calendar.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a passion for digital tools.
- Team Player: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creativity: Creative and innovative thinker with a strong ability to propose new ideas.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 12-24 months.
