About the Role:
Nexans is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, both externally and internally, while ensuring the recruitment and internal mobility processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with Nexans goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with corporate hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruiting process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing, ensuring that interviews are conducted in a proper manner and that Nexans Global recruitment process is followed.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Work closely with HR partners and hiring managers to promote internal mobility, identifying opportunities for internal career growth and development.
- Be the ambassador of the Internal Mobility Policy for the Group and communicate it effectively across the whole organization.
- Lead Internal Mobility routines with HRBU and be a key point of contact for Nexans employees regarding internal mobility.
- Be part of Employer Brand projects at group level and lead and attend some events to promote employer brand / School partnerships management.
- Work closely with HRIS team to improve tools and be the key point of contact for all tools revamp.
- Be the administrator of Success Factor Recruitment module, LinkedIn, and SHL platforms.

- Time to fill aligned with the defined target – 35 days.
- Transformation rate of applicants into employees.

- Projects lead at group level.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or Talent Management, ideally with an international scope.
- Business orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technology.
- Passion for new technologies and innovation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Customer orientation.
