Commercial Business Developer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Business Developer to join our team at Tunon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Mission and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Based in Roubaix, with regular travel to Belgium and other locations as required.
  • Permit B required for travel.
