Identity and Access Management Expert

As part of EQUANS' mission to evolve into a self-sufficient organization, we are developing a new IT operational framework, enabling us to function as a unified entity to deliver essential IT components globally.
Our collective efforts have led to the establishment of several Shared Lines of Services (SLS) that provide round-the-clock services across all business sectors. The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) includes responsibilities such as tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft integration, and user engagement.
In your role as an IAM Expert, you will:
- Spearhead initiatives and projects related to Identity and Access Management.
- Contribute to the formulation of Identity Management standards.
- Offer expertise to maintain up-to-date identity records.
- Safeguard access to information systems for EQUANS Group personnel.
- Facilitate user access to essential applications for their tasks.
- Engage in incident management and ongoing development.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on the design of the technical framework for identity and access management.
- Assessing and analyzing the technical implications of new solutions to ensure alignment with existing frameworks.
- Working with the Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity teams to establish standards.
- Leading the execution of Access Management procedures.
- Ensuring the integrity of technical architecture documentation.
- Executing the technical implementation of infrastructure projects related to IAM.
- Defining and implementing KPIs that reflect the quality of infrastructure services.
- Creating and overseeing testing campaigns to validate infrastructure implementations.
Promote the desired architectures and advocate for the use of their components across other IT divisions.
Oversee IT General controls processes and compliance, including the coordination of regular account assessments.
Provide assistance to our service provider responsible for IAM operations.
Your qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, access management processes, and IAM tools.
- Familiarity with security principles, including cyber threats, risk management, and mitigation techniques.
- Strong grasp of networking technologies and architectures.
- Knowledge of information systems components such as OS, AD, Identity federation, ADFS, SAML, OAuth2, Kerberos, DNS, PIM, MIM, and Azure AD Connect.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks (TOGAF or similar). Additional requirements:
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- A hands-on, independent, results-driven, and open-minded approach.
