About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to play a key role in contributing to the success of CISALPINA TOURS SPA in Paris. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking Travel Arrangements
    • Flights, rail, hotel, car hire, and taxi reservations
    • Issuing tickets, handling possible changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Managing Travel Inquiries
    • Searching for various fares and travel options
    • Presenting optimal solutions to clients
  • Overseeing Travel Projects
    • Individual reservations to large groups
    • Providing alternative options to clients within their travel policy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
    • At least one main GDS, such as AMADEUS, GALILEO or SABRE
  • Language Skills
    • Confident clear spoken and written English and French
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in technology products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Outstanding geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service and communication abilities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary based on professional profile and experience, along with group benefits. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, distributed on shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM.
