JLL is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data Center business in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As the Head of Data Centers, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and managing a team of experts.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build and maintain client relationships, and lead bid responses.
- Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, manage project development, and participate in the development of the Data Center market strategy.
- Management: Lead and manage a team of Data Center specialists, build and monitor objectives, and ensure the team's expertise and knowledge management.
- Thought Leadership: Represent JLL's Data Center community, participate in industry events, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Center projects management and team leadership.
- Strong technical and management background, with relevant industry certifications a plus.
- International experience and fluency in French and English.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
