Job Description
As a Site Supervisor Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and monitoring of construction projects on client sites. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all technical studies and work progress are in line with the client's requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate the feasibility of construction projects by resolving technical difficulties and proposing innovative solutions.
- Verify the accuracy of documentation related to project execution and ensure compliance with the client's methodology.
- Monitor the progress of studies and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Ensure that all contractors adhere to French and European regulations regarding construction and safety.
- Conduct daily site visits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including weekly meeting summaries and technical reports.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Return of Experience (REX) report for the project, including planning, technical, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in engineering (BAC +5) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of initiative and responsibility.
- Excellent organizational, technical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the nuclear energy industry is a plus.
