The CoE team delivers strategic PMO oversight on procurement performance and transformation, playing a crucial role in the ongoing enhancement of the Procurement function by shaping, supporting, and spearheading transformation initiatives.

Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager for Procurement Center of Excellence will report to the Head of CoE and will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all system tools and data necessary for Procurement operations. Ensure tools are effectively implemented, maintained, and supported through appropriate user training;
- Identifying, formalizing, and executing Procurement best practices across the GPO;
- Ensuring alignment between the expected skills and the actual competencies of the Procurement organization through relevant training and capability development;
- Facilitating the identification and execution of best-in-class collaboration between Local and Global entities within a matrix organization, spanning various geographies and divisions;
- Cultivating strong relationships with other Ipsen functions, customers, and suppliers in partnership with local Buyers and Category Leaders.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a relevant qualification along with a background in consulting and/or business strategic enhancement and managing transversal projects .
