- Our team of experts collaborates closely with technical and marketing teams to support client needs and maximize revenue opportunities across all market segments.
Job Summary:
Astronergy Solar is seeking an experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth of our business in France. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with distributors, driving sales growth, and promoting our products to increase our market share in the French photovoltaic market.
You will collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to support client needs and maximize revenue opportunities across all market segments, including utility-scale projects, C&I PV, and residential solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PV industry and be capable of developing strategic channel partnerships to enhance our presence in France.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, contractors, and distributors, to ensure product adoption and sales growth.
- Actively generate leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and track progress using CRM systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide forecasts and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent Astronergy Solar at industry trade fairs, conferences, and customer events in France.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to ensure product solutions meet market needs and align with customer expectations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the PV industry, with a proven track record in channel sales and partner management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales forecasting and strategy development.
- Fluent in French and English (any additional European language is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
