The partnering organization is on the lookout for an assistant manager (m/f) for the forthcoming academic cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: prepare estimates, manage bookings, draft rental agreements, and foster client loyalty.
- Sales consultations: assess client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Administrative support and logistics coordination.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of vehicles to clients.
- Engage in internal training focused on sales strategies, customer satisfaction, performance tracking, and logistics enhancement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with international clientele.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (unless restricted for medical reasons).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, in accordance with agency needs.
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
Compensation Structure:
