Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across all platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience
  • Edit, proofread, and improve writers' posts to ensure high-quality content
  • Translate copy into local languages and draft engaging copy from scratch
  • Optimize social media content style to improve engagement and reach
  • Respond to users in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the project managers, content managers, and designers to ensure seamless execution of content initiatives
  • Develop local content ideas and collaborate with content managers to bring them to life
  • Identify local trends that could be content opportunities for the brand

About You

The Essentials:

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Proven work experience in copywriting
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent writing and content skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
  • Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders
  • Good organization and time-management skills

  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Nice to have: Automotive industry experience
