Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our Advanced Cleans & Slurry Technologies (ACST) business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical and sales engagement with semiconductor fab customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Champion customer advocacy, representing their needs within DuPont.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various levels and functions.
- Identify and address unmet customers' needs with DuPont's cleans, slurries, and etchants products.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of DuPont's cleans, slurries, and etchants products and stay current with technological advancements.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal DuPont teams, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation, Quality, R&D, and Marketing.
- Manage and own customer communications on behalf of DuPont.
- Travel regularly to customer sites to understand customers' unmet needs and market situations.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in science and engineering, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of technical or commercial experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in wet cleans, wet etchants, or CMP slurries.
- Flexibility to travel within Europe, focusing primarily on France and particularly the Grenoble area.
- Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and network with peers.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders to create mutual value.
