Sales and Engineering Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Market Development Specialist to join our team at Arrow France SAS. As a key member of our sales and engineering team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers in the power industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our power supply bookings, billings, and profit in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with our field-based sales teams and account managers to maximize opportunities and increase sales funnel efficiency.
- Uncover and extract existing customer power needs and convert them into bookings, while identifying new customers in our focus markets and applications.
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement value-added solutions for our customers.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a role combining engineering and sales activities in the power industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of AC/DC, DC/DC, and inverter power supplies.
- University degree in a technical field, preferably in electronic engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and French, with a strong understanding of business and technical terminology.
