- Manage and resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues with our partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Conduct onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance partner satisfaction and experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner satisfaction and service delivery.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in business development and partnership management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
