Job Title: Regional Digital Marketing Manager

Accor is seeking a highly skilled Regional Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue across our properties in Sub Saharan Africa.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue across our properties in Sub Saharan Africa.
  • Collaborate with hotel marketing managers, cluster marketing managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display, and search engine marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure Accor's digital presence is strong and consistent across all channels, including social media and search engines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel marketing managers, cluster marketing managers, and other business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing in hospitality or retail.
  • A degree in hospitality management or marketing and communications.
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
  • Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
  • Energetic and passionate to work.
  • Innovative approach to work.
