Job Summary

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving new client sales in the Energy and Plant Engineering business unit. This role will focus on selling Engineering Services, Digital Solutions, and Business Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of customers and build relationships
  • Leverage sales force and drive lead generation
  • Drive for Revenue growth and profitability
  • Drive business proposals (technical & commercial)
  • Negotiate contracts, MSA and Commercial Pricing
  • Collaborative leadership with delivery, sales, pre-sales and marketing organizations
  • Drives followership and leads by example

Requirements

  • Read, write and speak fluent French
  • 10+ years in metrics-driven solutions selling into heavy Engineering industry.
  • Established contacts and relationships at the C-level, VP, and Director levels
  • Clearly demonstrated experience in revenue growth
  • Strong negotiations background
  • Driven complex technical business proposals
  • Deal flow- how to structure deals, legal contracts, and master service agreements
  • Built eco-system partnerships to help drive revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fundamental understanding of all phases of project and plant engineering, IoT & Analytics
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Energy, Oil and Gas and Power Plant industry practices and market trends
