Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will provide full human resources support to all employees in France, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, equipment setup, and payroll administration.
  • Take ownership of people administrative and transactional services, ensuring compliance with European employment law.
  • Manage monthly payroll input, benefits, and pensions administration, involving third-party suppliers and government bodies.
  • End-to-end systems and data maintenance administration.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in HR or payroll from working in France or a French company.
  • Knowledge of People/HR systems, such as Service Now, SuccessFactors, or ADP, relating to France.
  • Knowledge of European employment law.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
