Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will provide full human resources support to all employees in France, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage critical HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, equipment setup, and payroll administration.
- Take ownership of people administrative and transactional services, ensuring compliance with European employment law.
- Manage monthly payroll input, benefits, and pensions administration, involving third-party suppliers and government bodies.
- End-to-end systems and data maintenance administration.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English.
- Experience in HR or payroll from working in France or a French company.
- Knowledge of People/HR systems, such as Service Now, SuccessFactors, or ADP, relating to France.
- Knowledge of European employment law.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
