About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Officer to join our team at Camino Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our company's technology strategy, managing our IT infrastructure, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our company's business goals and supports growth and efficiency.
  • IT Operations: Oversee the management of IT operations, infrastructure, and applications, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our technology environment.
  • Integration and Implementation: Lead the integration of IT systems and processes for newly acquired companies or assets, ensuring seamless integration with existing business operations.
  • ERP System Selection and Implementation: Manage the end-to-end selection and implementation of a new ERP system, including vendor evaluation, project planning, and execution, to enhance business processes and data management.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives that leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and practices to protect our company data and systems from internal and external threats.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage our IT budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of technology services and projects.
  • Communication: Communicate technology strategy, project updates, and system performance to our executive team, board of directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications
  • IT Leadership Experience: Experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex technology projects, including integrations and ERP implementations.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing IT teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and ERP systems, with hands-on experience in technology selection and implementation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage risks effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on driving business value through technology.
