Missions Principales
- Contribuer au développement du chiffre d'affaires et des indicateurs du point de vente.
- Accueillir, satisfaire et fidéliser les clients.
- Contribuer à la tenue du point de vente afin de garantir une bonne image.
- Appliquer les procédures et directives.
- Respecter les valeurs de la marque et en être l'ambassadeur(drice).
Contexte de Travail
Pigier Montpellier recherche un talent ambitieux pour intégrer son équipe en tant qu'alternant(e) en BTS Management Commercial Opérationnel (MCO).
Compétences Métier
- Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
- Accueillir les clients par un bonjour, un regard et un sourire.
- Se montrer attentif(ve), chaleureux(se) et disponible quelles que soient les tâches confiées et les circonstances.
- Connaître et mettre en œuvre le référentiel de la relation clients spécifique à chaque marque.
- Adapter ses connaissances produits en arguments de vente.
- Proposer des produits complémentaires.
- Développer une expérience shopping innovante en utilisant les éléments différenciants de la marque.
- Connaître et appliquer la politique commerciale et marketing de la marque (opérations commerciales, programme fidélité).
- Assurer le confort des clients lors de l'essayage.
Connaître les Produits et la Collection
- Connaître les produits de la collection, les bests, les silhouettes phares, les thèmes et les tendances, les formes et savoir les utiliser.
- Utiliser les supports et outils mis à disposition (books de collection ...) pour développer la culture mode.
- Utiliser un vocabulaire professionnel. Rester en veille sur la concurrence.
