Job Overview

Systea is a prominent organization dedicated to delivering exceptional professionals across diverse technical sectors, including energy, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, environment, construction, railways, and automotive. Role and Responsibilities:

In your role within our RJH project teams, you will take charge of orchestrating our studies and procurement operations, ensuring they are in sync with the assembly timeline and the client's planning requirements. You will work in close partnership with a montage planner and a global project planning manager.

  • Coordinate study and procurement operations
  • Revise study and procurement timelines
  • Monitor progress and communicate with teams
  • Perform simulations to address potential uncertainties
  • Employ Primavera P6, MS Project, Word, and Excel for planning tasks

Be proactive in analyzing indicators, raising alerts, and proposing solutions for enhancing processes.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with at least three years of experience in project planning, ideally holding a degree from a prestigious engineering institution or an equivalent qualification. You should be self-sufficient, proactive, and possess strong analytical and communication abilities to effectively manage the short, medium, and long-term planning of study and procurement activities.
