About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement and payment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform thorough reviews and analysis of financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Provide training and support to business partners on procurement and payment processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts and bank statements.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP and PBI, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • English language proficiency.
