Revenue Management Specialist

At Pullman Singapore Orchard, we're redefining hospitality with seamless, fun, cool and smart interactions. As a Revenue Executive, you'll work alongside the Director of Revenue to implement and use Revenue Management methods, processes and tools to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Revenue to define the hotel strategy for future periods, including business mix and pricing by season and type of day.
  • Run daily and monthly reports to analyze hotel performance, including average rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to improve competitive decision making and further marketing objectives.
  • Proactively innovate ways to increase the hotel's ancillary revenue.
  • Monitor room inventory and strategize to improve paid occupancy and ARR of room types.
  • Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance, pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions.
  • Ensure an accurate and dynamic forecast for future dates based on RM referenced systems recommendations and daily monitoring of data.
  • Take daily decisions to optimize hotel turnover, including pricing, inventory management, group quotation, and distribution channels.
  • Ensure that recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems are updated accordingly.
  • Manage OTAs and ensure compliance and parity across all channels.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Sales and Front Office to ensure hotel objectives are met.
  • Spread a 'RM culture' in the hotel through weekly yield and regular coaching/training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism / Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience in revenue management from 6 months to 1 year, completed by a reception/reservation experience.
  • Hotel systems (PMS, TARS).
