Mission:

The Floor Operations Manager is accountable for maintaining the excellence of service provided to guests, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. This role involves overseeing floor staff and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks, while striving to meet established goals in both customer and employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of floor service, housekeeping, and laundry departments
  • Guarantee hygiene standards, quality of cleaning, and compliance with service delivery (amenities, etc.), ensuring safety within the premises
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms in accordance with the high standards of the establishment
  • Engage in daily service briefings
  • Take into account the preferences of regular and long-term guests
  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure personal grooming and that of the team aligns with the hotel's grooming standards
Qualifications:
  • BTS level or professional qualification in hospitality or hotel management
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing a large property (over 400 rooms)
  • Proficient in computer applications (Office Suite) and Opera Cloud
  • Fluent in French and highly proficient in English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality
  • Developing leadership: positive mindset, ability to cultivate a responsible team, mentor team members, and enhance their skills, encourage initiative
  • Collaborative leadership: team-oriented, effective communication, and facilitation of teamwork
