Job Overview
As a Sales Floor Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Building rapport with guests to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers in the retail space.
- Designing appealing displays; merchandising is a key skill.
- Focusing on performance and embracing new challenges to drive sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, assessing their needs, and providing tailored advice.
- Managing cash register operations efficiently.
- Developing eye-catching window displays and in-store arrangements to enhance store appeal.
- Strategically placing clothing and accessories to boost sales and ensuring timely restocking.
- Continuously seeking innovative ways to showcase our products.
- Monitoring sales trends and performance metrics to maintain a dynamic turnover.
- Promoting and executing commercial initiatives effectively.
- Collaborating with other resort departments (such as sports and events) to enhance store visibility.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining store assets.
